The first room we went in was filthy. There’s stuff floating in the tub. Someone had obviously been sitting on the bed, toiletries were all gone, It was awful. We let the front desk know, and they were very attentive. By the time we got back, they already had us another room, which was very clean, dated, but at least it was clean, but smell like it was a dog room smelled like urine. . However, staff was very helpful as we came in to check out of the hotel. We didn’t even care how much it cost. It wasn’t worth it to be there. But they helped us out, showed us a clean room. Make sure we were taken care of congratulation on the Staff good job as for the hotel don’t do it

I’m angry that this hotel is on your list. I turned on the shower, things started floating in the water. It looked like someone had sat down and sheets were ripped. They changed rooms, it smelt like dog urine. The staff was very helpful and tried to make it better stay and room for us.

rooms are old and there is mold in the bathroom and neither the sink or bathtub drained properly. The wifi was broken. The clerk checked someone else into my room. I had requested something accessible as I am elderly and full of metal joints and due to the mix up I had to walk farther to my room which was difficult. The best part was the air conditioning.

Walmart is a 4 minute drive. Kroger , Walgreens, Wendy, Starbucks, taco bell is walking distance if you like walking. Mcdonalds is feets away. Very quiet area especially at night. Room was clean with great AC. Microwave, mini fridge in room, ice machine on 1st floor with vending machines, snack and drinks which is convenient. Great stay!!

There was no chair other than sitting on the bed. The bathroom had junk on the floor - clearly it wasn't swept. The man that checked us in was personable and great. The man that checked us out was not very happy. I have never had to return my card key, so I left it in the trash as I always do, since typically the hotel doesn't reuse them. The man who checked us out asked for it and I told him what I did. He acted so surprised. He said three times "so you threw it in the garbage"? I said yes I did, and that I was sorry but I didn't know they reused them.

We always stay at the Super 8 when we go home to Ripley. The hotel is always clean you can always count on having clean beds and clean bathroom. The rug needs changed the room we were in and the air conditioner needs to be upgraded but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The room was dirty and the doors where broken. The bathroom still had hair on the shower walls. The toilet had looked like someone peed all over the toilet seat. If you want I have a video of the room when I arrived.
