Staff was helpful and kind. A different kind of accomodations, on school grounds, in a dorm, but very relaxing and clean. Good for a peak into the culture there in Kiruna. Nice breakfast. Room was large e nough and had a TV with You Tube.

The food is spectacular and worth the whole trip itself.

Definitely stay here! We stayed in one of the ice suites and it was an amazing experience! The staff are so friendly, we had a large warm area to use. The sauna was amazing with a view of a fabulous sunset. We even saw the northern lights. The breakfast was also fantastic. Just stay here, you won't regret it!

Great place to stay in Kiruna, loved the spa!

What a great hotel! The restaurant and bar areas were delicious! The staff was super helpful and friendly! Shopping mall across the street. It was a beautiful hotel!

A little confusing to find the property, but once we did it was fun. Very cozy little apartment with access to sauna, full kitchen, and free laundry machines in the main house. Price was the best I could find in the area.
