I mean the rooms are really small you had a bunch of television channels but I mean it was like a 8x10 room. Kind of noisy next door and all that it was I don't know it was just okay

Everything was good, I stayed an extra night because it was quiet & comfortable. Unfortunately my last night was ruined by some loud noises from next door very late. Would still stay again & the staff was nice & accommodating

I like the the project that was all on one level he had chairs and a table left in the front of your in front of your room it was nice quiet I loved it I'm going to return

Family- run traditional roadside motel with basic comforts and friendly helpful staff. Great base for exploring the North Fork. Appreciate the modest continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and fresh coffee. Nice to be able to sit and eat outside the room at a table or in firepit area. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, and hot water heater which are welcome amenities. Love the convenience of being able to park right outside the room. A few restaurants are within a ten minute walk in the village of Jamesport and plenty more within ten minutes drive. Will happily return

Our room was clean, well appointed and recently updated. The microwave and mini fridge made our stay much more convenient and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was good but the coffee was outstanding. Definitely my first choice when returning to Long Island in the future.
