A staff in the hotel and also the adjoining restaurant. Room and bath were very large, bed comfortable. Was not a fan of the concrete floor or the surprisingly limited outlets (1 each side of bed) and lack usb ports. Hallway required room key to access which is fine, however our room was right next to the access door and it was impossible to close it quietly. We heard it several times during the night. Parking lot is also pretty small.

We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. I slept really well in the main bed. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was simple but well done.
