It was very convenient to the convention centre. The self check-in was interesting, but it worked. Having a place to park was fantastic. However, the amenities were not fantastic. The apartment is quite tired. The hot water kettle did not work, one burner did not work at all, the other burner only went to slightly warm. The microwave was… difficult to use and not consistent. Unfortunately, it was after the time that the desk people went home by the time I got there, but the next day they remedied it with another kettle and fixed one burner and the other burner now didn’t work so it was interesting. The bathroom was reasonably revamped and clean. I’ve never written less than a 4 to 5 star for anyone but this really wasn’t the same quality. However, they people at reception were very helpful. And I did appreciate being less than five minutes from the convention site. Thank you for that.

Clean room. Great size. So central and handy to everything. Only dissapointment was no mini bars in rooms.

Allison was amazing! She greeted us upon arrival and responded to any questions quickly. Very nice place!

The time i came, i found the staff are so unwelcoming... Dated 26 of June around 5pm. Not even greeted the guest. And since i lost my id in the airport they even dont have or you cant even feel the empathy. Instead they insisted the policy although i know it is important but they should at least show some concerns that i totally didnt felt. But infairness in the morning staff when ive check out the receptionist greeted. Being the first line in welcoming guest, they should know how to properly welcoming their guest especially those first time to be in their facility.

The walls are unfortunately reasonably thin so it’s possible to hear stuff going on in the hallway or the room next door. However the outside walls are pretty well soundproofed so very little noise from busy streets below. Pretty standard backpackers atmosphere with people awake at all hours but, the people living there currently seemed lovely. Would stay there again.
