The rooms look just a little old, but really everything is fine, quiet, clean, helpful front desk staff, excellent location. There is some train noise starting around I think 6:00 a.m.

Did not partake in breakfast. Big disappointment was that I could not use a Hotels.com gift card to pay for my room. When making the reservation, I was given the option to pay in advance or at the hotel. I chose to pay at the hotel, but they would not accept it. This should be noted that not all hotels accept gift card payment, or not offer onsite payment at all!

Really close by from Riverside downtown, groceries store, restaurants and library. The staff are really kind, room so clean, everything absolutely excellent. I’ll come back again next time. Thank you so much Raincross Hotel!!!

People at the reception were very friendly and my request for a quiet room was honored. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, nice toiletries (even though I wished they had more environmentally friendly options like refillable containers for shampoo,shower gel, conditioner mounted in the shower). WIFI worked well. Hotel is 20-25 min walk from Metrolink station and close to the Riverside Food Lab and Mission Inn Festival of Lights. Continental breakfast with an offering of fruits was included. Definitely would stay there again.
