I have been staying here for years, and altho the are where it's located is not the best, it's always my go to. It's clean, close to everything downtown riverside has to offer, and the staff is amazing. It's my home away from home.

The rooms are comfortable. The AC makes a lot of noise. The neighborhood is pretry bad. A lot of noise. I saw a few homeless mentally ill making a lot of noise or people making noise with their cars. I was not able to sleep :(

This hotel is our go to secret it’s more like a four star hotel inside the rooms. Don’t know why it’s labeled 2star. Have stayed here over the last few years at least six times, always great Experience, the bed is super comfortable. And a free breakfast in the morning is a bonus very good even a coffee and we are fussy coffee drinkers.

Yay For Cafe Latte
We were happy that our hotel had a coffee machine where we could make cafe latte. A more expensive hotel that we stayed in Los Angeles couldn't even provide, for they said they didn't "have a machine".

Facility was listed as 8 start Hotel on Expedia. This is very misleading. However the place is very small and is clean. A micro wave in the room would have been very accommodating. I would give the facility a 4. The outside doors could use some painting. However it is located downtown and close to everything needed for a pleasant stay.
