No running water!!
There was no running water the whole night! It was absolutely horrible. We have an infant and we arrived with no prior notice to them telling us the water was out and it would be back on at 1am. We waited past 1am and no water came on for hours and hours. No one helped us with any solution. We were just told there was nothing they could do. They ended up refunding us because it was absolutely insane that there was no water for the whole property.

Was a very enjoyable experience. I can tell that the staff takes pride in customer service at this hotel. Each door had a quote from a famous person on the door. I thought that was cool. We went during Christmas holiday season so the lobby was decorated quite nicely like a Hallmark Christmas Movie. The breakfast was freshly cooked and prepared every morning. Every resturaunt and store you could possibly think of was around the hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Would come again.
