It was a good experience up until when there were no parking spots available. It was at night and It was unsafe I had to park at another hotel and the front desk clerk and the security guard did not care. Another guest from the hotel walked me safely to the hotel while the security guard just sat around unbothered.

Overall.. it was great. Safe for families and for a nice place to relax in Moreno, CA. The staff, the services and cleanliness was exceptional for the price. I would go again. The breakfast was 7/10.

WiFi connection to cell phone and laptop is not always connected. After idling awhile it will drop the service connection and you'll have to re-register. Not convenient if you're planning to stay longer period.

The room was clean and comfortable. I usually clean again I didn’t have to do that in this room. It was very quiet at night. And parking was easy . And the staff were very nice and respectful.
