Everything was good, the room was very spacious the Fridge and the Microwave are very convenient nowadays so having that is good. The gentleman that attended at the time of checking in was a bit off but they stay was awesome. Would definitely stay here again

Decent stay
Check in was kind of inconvenient, they did not allow early check in and were not helpful when requesting a low floor room. I had to drive around for an hour before I could get checked in. The nearby area is a bit sketchy, there is a halfway house next door with all sorts of homeless people nearby walking through the parking lot. Recommend getting a room facing the courtyard as many random people loitering. The breakfast was pretty solid, waffles and bacon and delicious coffee.

First off I would like to start by stating part of this is my fault because I am used to staying in Hyatt/marriott branches, so the best western branches are already not going to be as nice. However, I booked this hotel because I wanted to save some money on a last minute trip for my kid’s dance intensive. I wasn’t familiar with the area at all and this hotel was closest to the studio the intensive was at. I also booked the hotel because the reviews stated it was good and the pictures seemed decent. Checking in, the staff was nice and the lobby was ok. They are under construction and have the breakfast room closed, but the staff informed us about the room they are using for the free breakfast. The room was big but the carpet is out dated, the furniture had cracks and stains on it, the walls were dirty and the room had a musty smell. The bed was decent. But there is a weird tall island in the middle of the room which didn’t make sense to me. The room def needs an update. Since this was the hotel I booked I was just going to try and suck it up, but the night was the worst part. We arrived back at our hotel from an event around 8pm and saw more cops arresting people next to the hotel. Then I fell asleep around 9 and was woken up at 11 with doors slamming, people running around the hallway, banging on doors. This went on and off from 11 pm until 5 am. I honestly believe maybe drug deals were going down. It felt very unsafe. I ended up leaving immediately in the morning.

Trevligt hotell med stort sovrum. Sköna sängar. Bra frukost. Dock stängt frukostrum för reparation. Ett gästrum var frukostrum. Få sittplatser vid receptionen, fler ute, kallt. Tog med frukost till rummet. Enstaka USB uttag fungerade, övr ej. Wifi ok. Fin trädgård men smutsigt närområde.

Right off the freeway but rooms were quiet. Older hotel. Needs new carpets. Other than that, very clean. Big tub made bathing feel luxurious. Dining area under construction. Alternate food serving room very cramped. You had to eat in the courtyard which was cold. Food got cold quickly. Lots of exterior gates made the area feel safe. Pet friendly. No problems. Reasonable pet charge.
