How does this happen?
The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. We found medical supplies in our bed and dirty socks. Asked for them to change out all the bedding and clean the room but they didn't have any housekeeping on hand so they couldn't. Had to change rooms and hope for the best since it was bedtime for the kids .

Just came here for 1 night. The property is clean & modern. The continental breakfast has a great variety from omelettes, bagels, waffles, sausage patties, baked goods, oatmeal, coffee & juices plus a spacious dining area. Staff is friendly & helpful. Plenty of shops & dining areas around. Plenty of free parking. Our room was clean, modern & spacious. Loved that it had both a mini fridge & microwave. The only downside for me was the bed. It was uneven, too soft & hurt my back. Had trouble sleeping but overall a good stay. Would come here again.

Check in was quick and easy. We were offered some water and a granola bar for free when we got there which was sweet. Room was nice and clean and looks very nice. Loved the convenience of having stores and coffee shops around and the mall is also very close. I would definitely stay here again.
