Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Room was not as clean, small ants/bugs noticeable on bathroom floor and notice one on the white sheets in one bed. The other bed didn't even have a top sheet. Carpet dirty needs a good steam cleaning.

Friendly workers, clean and welcoming lobby with coffee, water, candy. Room was clean, updated, and bright. Hampton Inn & Suites is quickly becoming my favorite place to stay. Not only is the decor updated, cheerful, and modern, I feel like the company has thought through a lot of details for those who travel often. The suitcase bench with the hooks are so efficient. The lack of doors on the closets is efficient. There is plenty of counter space in the bathroom, and the lighting in there is bright; so many hotels bathrooms are so dim. The bedroom window shades actually keep out the light. And what's great is that each Hampton Inn I've been to is consistent with these features.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The room did have a musty smell, maybe it had been closed up for too long or AC needed a deep clean? Not sure, but it wasn't enough to complain about and our noses got used to it after settling in for bed. Other than that everything else was great! Would stay here again. Cynthia at the front desk was personable and had great customer service.

My room was very clea, my room was in the perfect spot for easy access to take my dog outside. I had my own doggie bags but the hotel had plenty in multiple spots for anyone to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay again on my next trip to visit my daughter in Riverside.

Let me just say receptionists are a vibe! They were so sweet, welcoming and friendly!!! Especially (Larry and Izrael) I hope I got your names right. They made the experience great. However, the sheet and pillow cases smelled like wet clothes!!! So unpleasant. The phone didn’t work, air conditioner was not the greatest. The towels had weird stains. I would have given a hire rating but the cleanliness was not that great this stay.

Staff was friendly;however, I was placed in a handicapped restroom without being asked and the water pressure in shower was horrible and no warm water. It would begin to get warm and go cold for 5 minutes and back to Luke warm. Their irons did not heat up, but when I called I was sent one to room. It was a quiet stay, but the shower situation was an inconvenience.

Staff is friendly, rooms were clean and cozy. The area itself looks nice and is clean around the hotel. Our family booked quite a few rooms for one night, and unfortunately that’s all it took to have one of our cars broken into in the parking lot, just feet away from hotel entrance. Police responded and took a report.
