Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room w/ ur pet
Their breakfast was good for the hotel. Nicely set up. Easy to get your food. My room? Stunk of old cigarettes. CA stopped indoor smoking on 1/2024. I thought all hotels had long ago gone smoke-free. Guess not. Sadly rooms have not been remodeled and if you have a pet, you got stuck in a stinky ex-smoking room. An ashtray was still there, and I could tell other rooms nearby were still actively smoking. That was the only main bad part about it. The room was clean though, but smell can ruin an experience regardless of the rest.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hampton Inn in Beaumont. While they advertised free breakfast, the options were very minimal and unimpressive. The worst part was the noise. The cleaning staff started their work as early as 7 a.m., and we were constantly woken up by loud stomping and sudden noises from above and around our room. It was impossible to get any rest, and we ultimately decided to leave by 9 a.m. because the environment was so disruptive. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area and value getting a good night’s sleep, I strongly recommend finding another hotel. This one isn’t worth the high price if you can’t even relax or rest properly.

Everything was perfect only small complaint about the lady at check in, less than friendly, seemed like I was a bother to her. All other things made for a perfect stay. Breakfast was also great.

Accidentally booked a smoking room, upon arrival, they relocated us to a room with no AC and a dirty pull out couch with old popcorn, sugar packets from previous guests. Sweated the entire night, miserable stay. Wouldn't stay again. Hilton reached out with points instead of a proper refund. Bad experience all around. To top or off, they sent me someone else's address on my invoice, not sure what's going on with that part.

Access to the Hotel is pretty easy. Right off the freeway. Hotel is pretty clean. The bedroom is spacious and clean. I don't have any negative to write about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
