Property was very accessible directly off of the interstate. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. Our rooms were available early and were very clean. Breakfast was a plus with complimentary water, tea and coffee all day. We really enjoyed the automatic pankcake machine. My only issue was the youth baseball players that roomed upstairs that was very loud. I called the front desk but I guess it was a challenge to controll the running and jumping all day and nght. It eventually calmed down. Otherwise a good stay.

Everytime the air kicks on, the room smelled so bad. There was hair in the sink and on the bed. There was a cricket in yhe room.

First impressions begin at the door. I could have Googled and self checked myself in. For this checkin, might consider putting out a sign that simply states, "No" and then a stuffed toy next to it. That is the customer service.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was great. The only issue we had was the noise from the freeway. It was insane loud all day and night. It appears that the windows were old and not insulated. If the windows were sealed everything would have been perfect.
