The cleaning staff was always so friendly and kind but I unfortunately did not have a good check in experience. I checked in and when I got to my room it was two queen beds and I had requested a king leisure room and when I went downstairs to tell the woman at the front desk she assumed that I had booked a floater room which she said was the cheaper option and I just get what’s available. I was confused and a little insulted that she didn’t even ask she just assumed I booked the cheaper room when that wasn’t the case. She then told me that I can get the king room I booked but I would have to wait an hour so I then sat in the lobby and waited for her to tell me my room was ready. It was just something that rubbed me the wrong way. The other staff was very kind and I thought the property was very clean and in a great location.
