Room was nice and clean. The only negative was they charge $5 a bottle for water if you need water or to make coffee. But overall happy with our stay.

Th hotel premises is at a prime location, walking distance to downtown, mission inn and restaurant. Parking seemed a bit small and they seem to charge for parking, even for hotel guest? I had the impression of free parking but that may have not been the case. The lobby is a bit small and the bar is tiny. However, their room are very spacious and clean. They have free flavored water on your short walk to the elevators, a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and informative. Overall, my partner and i had a good night stay and very enjoyable. Bonus points, there is a mini fridge and a good size TV.

The room was very nice, spacious and perfect location for my occasion I would love to stay here again. I didn’t get to try the free breakfast but that is a great addition to the stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. There were a few moments when upstairs guests footsteps were a little loud, but nothing too bad.

The overall stay was a great experience. The room was clean and roomy, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. If you are looking for a hotel within walking distance of everything, this is it. Our purpose was to visit the Mission Inn during the holidays, and this hotel was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Riverside.

The room was very nice. It was clean, spacious, and bed was comfy. Although the room did not have black out curtains. It was not dark enough when we went to bed due to the lights of the city and was definitely too bright in the morning.

We have stayed here 3 times...it's right around the corner from the historic Mission Inn. We go for the holiday fun and festival of lights at the Inn, but the rooms there are dark and small, and expensive. The Hyatt rooms are large, comfy and the beds are great. Only complaint is street noise; if you can, book a room away from the street, as the windows let a lot of noise into the room.
