I thought this was decent for it being a motel! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s to be expected. Good amount of parking and my car was okay. The room was clean.

Roaches in room, o refund
After I showered, I noticed 2 roaches, called front desk, they gave me a hard time, I was told they would try to get me a different room , really hostile employee around 200 pm, I called front desk, I asked will I be moving to another room, I said if not, then refund me my money and I will vacate, ,lady says your not getting your money back, I got really angry, hung up and called hot pads, I had been through a horrible ordeal at the hospital, so I couldn't drive ,so I booked the room, never thinking it would be a night of hell from the employee,

Originally I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, I was given 2 full beds. I was travelling with my husband and 3 kids we did not have a lot of room in the beds. There was no dresser, no fridge, no coffee maker, and no microwave. One of my kids went to the restroom and there was a Cockroach behind the toilet, then when I went in to check there was one in the bathtub. It was disgusting. The floors were gritty and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned very well. The front desk was rude when I asked questions. We took the kids to the pool and I asked the front desk if there were towels for the pool and they said no. Last but not least, I asked for a room downstairs and they put us in a room on the other side of the hotel, in the corner and it looked like there were other people that actually lived there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children. Not the environment you would want to be in. I have stayed at many Motel 6's and I have never seen anything like this.
