Backed up to I-10 and a very busy road in front. The area surrounding the property were littered and abandoned. Breakfast was bare minimum. Faucet in room was not set well so the whole thing lifted up a bit when you turned it on. Blinds were broken but at least they were closed well. Climate control could use some work.

Crappy Hotel

The building was not kept up. I went to open the blind and there was a broken rod iron gate falling over. The room itself smelled awful (sour) thank goodness I had spray. The shower curtain was old and discolored. The towels were wore out. The faucet was loose (which I reported for them to fix) Breakfast until 9 am was not refilled with items. Coffee was out and not refilled. Lazy staff?? I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will not book again on line the pictures are not accurate.

Great budget friendly option in Banning, about a 25 minute drive to Palm Springs. It's on the interstate and there is a train track across the highway, but if you put the AC fan on, you don't hear any noise. My room was perfect, big King sized bed, very comfortable sheets, comforter and pillows. Walk in shower had excellent water flow! Front desk staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast has a few cereals and some pastries. The Sizzler Steakhouse next door is amazing, huge buffet and excellent food. I would definitely stay here again.

Safety issues

Toilet top held together with packing tape. Room looked directly down on I-10 and the railroad tracks. Window did nothing to damped noise. Staircase to second floor was never vacuumed and only way to get to the second floor. Check- in was really slow. Things I considered as safety concerns was putting a wheelchair user on the second floor. No way for that person to get to the first floor quickly in case of emergency.
