People at the front desk super nice rooms are very comfortable located near downtown so the location is perfect. If you are visiting Riverside highly recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water in the hotel. We were notified of this on the night of our check in. Why didn't the hotel notify guests in advance so other arrangements could be made. There was mold on the bathroom walls. Not ideal even for an economy motel.
