Disgusting & ghetto!

If you are considering staying here, don’t! We got this last minute and regretted it the moment we arrived, as there were lots of junkies in the parking lot. It was very scary, feeling like you were going to get robbed every second. Out bedroom was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like cigarette and no smoke detector as it had been pulled out. The bathroom was dirty with used tp & with hairs in the tub. Gross! The bedroom curtains were full of stains. Luckily we had disposable bed sheets of our own & I went out and bought disinfectant wipes. The door did not have proper lock and you could clearly tell it had been broken into previously.
Pee stained toilet seat. Dirty!

I was looking to save money. The trip was so important to me. I was trying to balance my funds because I am a minority when I think about it now I I’m not accustomed to certain living conditions. Cleanliness is next to godliness. I have nothing against the people that stays there. God bless them, but I just like to give a heads up to those who are struggling a little and want certain accommodations so they’ll be able to balance their money when I stepped up on the scene it was a little intimidating. I don’t really know Riverside too much. The only person that I know is my Daddy. That’s resting well at the National Park Cemetery. I love you daddy so I was going to stick it out. I was going to stay in a place where I seen so many bugs. I was so disappointed in myself because I had my mom with me and she really wanted to come because I do believe when you go visit your loved one that’s resting well They know they have a visit.with that being said. I was told to give $20 for two key cards that’s refundable after the end of the trip (not true he kept it I believe it was for his alcohol use)I was checking in at the office. I left my mom in the car. The people started knocking on the window, begging her for money. It really scared her.She don’t really know that kind of life. And they started knocking on the room door and I had to just let them know. Please leave us .I don’t wish this on my own worst enemy. Too many creepy, crawlers,God bless Riverside, especially the minorities.

Worst hotel ever please don’t book it to anyone

The hotel was terrible and the worst place I have ever stayed in! Cockroaches, no blankets, one dirty towel. Sheets filthy, the entire room smelled like and ashtray, no electric outlet covers, toilet broken, microwave broken, all furniture broken and filthy inside, lampshades held together with plastic bag clips and had mismatched shades and no bulbs installed, filthy tub and shower! Looked to be not scrubbed in months, shower curtain totally moldy! Homeless people banging on my door yelling at all various hours of the day and night, and also shooting drugs on the premises right outside my window in front of my family! Staff did nothing to resolve these issues other then keep their office locked up 24-7!

The rooms had no towels or even trash cans in the rooms, the shower was dirty , there was holes in the blankets and curtains, alot of homeless around and u would think it would be an ok hotel to stay at since it is by the mall but no. And not to mention the unwanted guests we had (bed bugs)

Checked in at 3pm and left . Get another room to a neighboring Days Inn. If you respect and value your life don’t even step into this place. Room that that was given to is so scary and smells sooooo bad. I asked for another and it was worst than the other. Sooooooo dirty and the door was repaired recently haphazard that a crime seems committed . I left at 4 and never returned.cigarette butt and old safety pin on the floor with dirt all over. Couple of towels are old with stains to both of them. You don’t want to use that as much as possible. Broken bath room curtain . Soooo ugly. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Their pics on their ads is so deceitful.They should refund me a part of my pay. I booked into this place coz it was near our venue for a birthday party. I felt so sorry for myself getting this place. Too late for me to read their review. So sad!!!

It was a bad experience for me. They had roaches. Told the guy at the desk and he just gave me a different room. There was also roaches there as well. He said he couldnt get my money back. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Very gross.

I wish I would put into words how disgusting this place is. Dirty, gross, unsafe to say the least. I left as soon as I saw the parking lot and room even though I knew it meant losing my money. Please don’t stay here if you value your life and health.

Poor area with drug addicts galore. I felt unsafe & I felt as if my car was going to be vandalized or stolen. The room was poorly kept & the sheets had hairs on them. Although the front desk personnel was friendly, I will not be returning.

I would like to get a call back. I selected a room with a couch and the property did not have a couch. The bed was stained. The room had roaches and the bathtub was not cleaned. The floors had stains. There was an extra night stand next to the tv that looked like it was just in the room as an “extra” nothing on there. When going to the front desk no one answered to complain. I would like to get my money back. This place is unsafe and filthy. The next day the cleaning person did not knock and opened the door at 10:58am. I urge someone to call me back.
