Non smoking room extremely harsh cigarettes smell. Toilet and shower did not work properly. Would not recommend overall bad experience.
Towels and bedding are badly stained. The blankets are full of holes. The floor boards are loose and a trip hazard. The electrical socks have burn marks on them. Roaches crawling all over. You have to ask for towels when you arrive
Towels were old and thin, they looked like they've been using them for years. The cover had a cigarette burn, the cover was old and stained. The day I checked out I killed 2 roaches. When I asked for a receipt when I checked out, the paper had a tiny roach that had been killed, it was splattered on the paper!!! Yuck!!!! So not only do theh have roaches in the rooms but also in the office! The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were different sizes and thin. Do not stay here!

Really bad experience everything dirty cockroaches in room nasty bedd ripped bed sheets
This place had cockroaches, and it was disgusting. The covers were torn, the towels were dirty, and the staff felt so unsafe that they only talked to you all day through the night window. When you told them that the cockroaches were in the room, they acknowledged them and said they had just worked there. I was set to stay there for 4 days and only stayed for two days and left. I have contacted Expedia for the refund but I have not received the refund yet. I need to know what is happening with my refund. Expedia should not promote places that are infected by insects, considering that when we stay in such places being advised by your company that they are safe places to stay, now I have a risk of bringing such insects into my house also because I do not know if any of those cockroaches are now in my bags.
Alot of noise with doors slamming from other rooms, with in and out traffic. They only put 1 bath towel in the room. No wash cloths or hand towels. The one towel is stained and old looking. I have stayed here several times and it is the same thing everytime. I have never been charged a $20 deposit unless the female is working at the window. They pick and choose who pays the deposit.
The smell of the chlorine was disgusting. The towel had a bunch of accumulated hair and when I tried to use it, fell in the tab. The tissue box had compounded dirty tissues together. The bed sheets dirty. The smoke alarm’s detector cover and the battery was missing. Through the sink, all night was coming a weird noise. The bed had a plastic cover under the sheets and made noises each time I turn around. The bathtub was dirty. One dirty towel.
