We checked in and did not last 30minutes inside the room to realize how dirty and nasty it was. Turned on light and there were bed bugs and roaches on the bed, some bed bugs were crawling on floor. The room is non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes and the bed sheets were super dirty and stained. Checked out immediately, homeless people around the parking lot and rooms

Given a run down room and dirty bathroom.Did not receive a new renovated room as seen in the images when booking my stay. They moved me to a different room with dirty towels, roaches, and bed bugs. Didn’t complain after the room change, biggest mistake. call front desk as soon as you see problem with your stay. Expedia wasn’t able to issues a full refund due to not making complaints after the room change. Please be aware this might be your experience when you book a room here. Stayed here in October 2025

Money Scams & cockroaches

I wasn’t expecting a 5 star resort. But cockroaches in my tub and walls? A shower curtain that smelled horribly like a moldy spongie? A bed that creaked at any movement? And the guy checking me in trying to scam me out of cash????? No. I didn’t expect that. When I checked out, I asked about my cash deposit. The lady at front seemed mortified. She apologized at least 5 times as she pulled video from the night before to see him pocketing that $20 with NO record of it in their files. He also told me their system was down and I needed to use the atm and pull out cash. That’s how I ended booking online here. Honestly I would prefer to sleep in my car over here.

It is very outdated,i found hair in the toilet and pubic hair in the tub,there was people sitting outside by my door up all night,floor hasn't been mopped,you get what you pay for here,the hispanic lady in the front office is very polite and courteous,i think they went into new ownership i ised to stay here quite a bit
