The entire place was filthy. We got the room . Didn’t go up to it because we went to dinner. When we got to the room it was filthy. Went back to office to get a refund and they said no. Terrible place.

Bad experienced so disappointing when we family with a child our room so dirty with cockroaches, flies and insects I even took a video of them crawling so I have to go back to the office to move us to different room and they did but still not clean.

As soon as I walked in, roaches everywhere , the bed sheets are dirty, smelled bad, the blanket is full of wholes from smoking burns, stains all over the bed. Very bad experience

The most gnarly and filthy place I have ever checked in, I'm in awe of how this cockroach infected place is open for business. There were roaches everywhere when I open the room, it looks like were ever you look it was "Alive"The walls, the ceiling, the night table the BED, the floor but especially the BED was Alive with roaches. I will not recommend this place not even to my enemy.

I would recommend that management replace the bedding in its entirety. Cleaning walls & floors with clean water, and enforce Non-smoking rules for those specified. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Not much can be done about the noise at night, because it seems like neighboring rooms are used for long term living.

Roaches Don't Stay Here!!!!

Roaches ran when we opened our room door. We reserved a non smoking room. The room reeked of cigarette smell. There were cigarette burn marks on the bedding and window curtains. We immediately checked out. We did not stay. We talked to the clerk and told him we wanted a refund. Hotels com had to call the motel to verify the issues. We got our refund.
