The room was dirty and dusty. The AC UNIT was so noisy and we couldn’t sleep. When we asked to be moved to another room with a functioning A/C unit the staff ignored us and didn’t try to further accommodate us.

Around 8:00am our neighbor next door was arguing with one of the house keepers and was slamming her door to the room really sound about 8 times every 3 to 7 minutes. She was parked next to our car. I happen to go to my car for something and smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from her car since she had her hatch opened. She was yelling and talking to herself because I did not see anyone near her. My family were terrified by this and I did mention it to the front desk. This was the first and will be the last time I stay here.
