The table was gross, the freezer needed defrosting, the floor was split, the vanity light didn't work, the microwave was a mess, and the front desk has never taken a check-in from a foreign visitor. There was no breakfast as advertised and pictured. I definitely feel that I was overcharged for this room.

Hotel needs complete renovation. Looks outdated and dirty and dingy. Hard to work television, so had to use personal phone. AC so old could not see labeling. Desk had to come turn on. Had to unplug to turn off. Will not be staying here again.

Banning is not the safest area. Room was great only thing i can say is that it could have been cleaner dusted and it seems like the floors are not mopped every time but all in all it was a good stay

Cigarette smoke unbearable, ask for another room they said no, they say they can’t control who smokes, they only ban them. As for refund they said no you have to take it up with Expedia Room however was clean but really smelling. Will no be staying here again
