There was a dog barking most of the evening in an adjacent room. We called the front desk and their only solution was to have us move to a different room. We were already settled in and ready for bed.

Hilton hot tubs are the McDonalds ice cream machine. Out of 3 different Hiltons, not one had a hot tub that has worked. Staff was very nice at this location. But there is nothing to do in the town, we arrived on Sunday and the whole town was completely closed up. We stayed in this particular location to travel to the Star Plunge in Thermopolis to find out that it was closed back in January. The hotel was dated and the carpet in our room was very dirty.

The only reason we booked a room at Hampton was because it had a "hot tub". Much to our dismay, it was broke down. I will never book another room until I call first to verify that the hot tub is working!

This was a great place for my family to stay. The rooms are nice and quiet, along with very clean. The receptionist at night, Marissa, was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of options for the adults and kiddos in our party. We will stay here again when we are in the area. Well done Hampton Inn

The staff was so great I cannot express how nice they where.We traveled with 1 non verbal autistic kid and one with cp and just wow on how they treated us.Sometimes it tuff to travel with kids but your staff went above and beyond.
