Fares is the man. He should be promoted immediately. Salma is also very nice. All the staff were excellent, the rooms were clean, good wifi and the water pressure and temperature of the water was great. I'll stay in this hotel whenever I come to Riyadh. Excellent service 👏

お部屋はとても広くて清潔で、朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです。 ただ、シャワールームの排水に問題があり、シャワーを浴びるたびに大変なことになります。 シャワールームが扉などで区切られていないため、隣接しているトイレや洗面台が水浸しになります。 あまりにも酷かったのでシャワーを浴びた後に清掃してもらいました。 もう一つの課題として、開業して間もないのかオペレーションに少し問題があるように感じました。 フロントデスクではチェックイン時に時間がかかったり、朝7時頃に「あなたの名前を教えてほしい」と2回もフロントから電話がかかってきて起こされました。 シャワールームの排水とオペレーションのみ改善できれば、とても素晴らしいホテルになると思います。
