The staff was very friendly and receptive. The lobby incharge Dina ensured my check-in and check-out were smooth. The buffet breakfast is fresh and has many options, with good coffee for coffee lovers :-) The gym is fine for a quick workout, I did not have the chance to explore the swimming pool, but overall all the facilities in the hotel are very good. The room was also very comfortable, equipped with complimentary water, coffee and tea options. I will definitely revisit the hotel during my next visit.

A must stay for the savvy business traveler
I do recommend staying at this hotel. It is clean the staff are friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. A great place to stay when you’re in Riyadh at a great price point

Good stay as always. Super friendly staff except for that check-in lady. She seems to be always upset that guests are coming in. Breakfast options also are now boring and most bakery items seem to be re-used and not fresh. BUt you get what you pay for

Great stay, if you can avoid the reception
Good stay as usual. Weirdly hard pillows this time around and got a twin bed instead of the a king size bed. Minor things for a solo traveller. Good size rooms as always and good staff (except the reception lady who always is just upset that she has to work and receive a customer who doesn't speak Arabic).

Booked a room for 3 adults. Only to find sleeping space for 2. Asked for a rollaway bed, was charged 1/3rd of the nightly fee. They couldn’t be bothered to accommodate the very thing we paid for. Horrible experience.

Potenzialmente un buon hotel ma se si ha il sonno leggero meglio lasciare stare. Da un lato le camere danno sulla strada dall’altro su una parete con almeno 50 motori di aria condizionata. La mia società ha mandato due pacchi di materiale all’hotel è stata davvero difficile la comunicazione.
