It was the best stay in my whole journey in Turkey. The big suite was offered for student-friendly price and the breakfast was very yummy! The hotel is located conveniently to explore the Rize city and access the public transport. I won't hesitate to book this hotel again once I am back in Rize.

please do not book the hotel from expedia, ecpecially this hotel on expedia is a fraud. I have been scammed, I went to the hotel and hotel owner showed me there is no booking. as this hotel per night is far expensive what expedia shows. it is actually someone did scammed to the customers and the hotel as well. The people in the hotel are very nice and cooperative, hotel is at its best location. But unfortunately, Someone is doing scam for this hotel and expedia did not inquire, I tried everything to get a support from expedia but expedia did not respond. I left without support in unknown country with my family. Thank GOD these people in Dreams Inn are the best of mankind, they supported us and even offered us to live for free if we want.

We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

False "Safe Parking" Claim – Deceptive AdvertisingDo not trust the "safe parking" amenity listed for this hotel. The property does not have secure, on-site parking as advertised.Upon arrival, we were told to park our vehicles directly on a public sidewalk in the city center. When we refused due to security risks, the staff directed us to a public lot located a 5-10 minute walk away from the building.If vehicle security is a priority for your trip, avoid Grand 464 Otel. The parking description is completely misleading.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

Very good value for your money

The hotel itself was exelent and comfortable. Clean, easy to find and park, great breakfast, comfortable beds. The location in the town is relatively good especially if you are looking for a overnight stay on a long term journey along the coast. The hotel is located in the middle of an area with garages and car mechanics works. This location can result in quite early and noisy wakeup in the mornings. No quiet garden to sit with your tea :-)

Very unexpected. Do not be foolwed by the exterior look. Inside the rooms are modern, large, nice bathroom and the beds are large and very very comfortable. Staff wete very friendly and polite. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the centre and 5 minites to the Cay Carisi. Highly reccommend for a cuty centre hotel.
