Easy to get to, clean and convenient. No A/C in the rooms and nothing we could do. The day we checked in was 30 degrees C. A window broke and the manager would not respond to us. Helpdesk calls went to the UK and Ireland, when hotel was in Denmark. Carl in Ireland did his best to help us but he had limited options. We were on the second floor, tried to get moved to the first floor and the manager directed Carl to move us to another room on the second floor. Vending machine took my husband's money.

simply bad

I booked two rooms (#2 & #27). In the first room the toilet flush was running all the time, in the second room, the bathroom door wouldn´t close because it was installed incorrectly!!!! In summary, a newly built hotel to forget about, zero points!!!!!

Fick inte koden till mitt rum och då hotellets telefon inte är öppen på helger behövde jag ringa och prata med Hotels i nästan 40 min. Blev kopplad till någon i USA för att få hjälp och behövde då tala engelska. För att komma upp till våningen där mitt rum låg skulle man gå upp för en trappa högljudd trappa i stål. Trots nybyggt hotell fanns nästan ingen ljudisolering. Stod också att det skulle finnas en varuautomat, men den var stängd.

Konceptet er fint, men det var ikke skrevet at lounge incl selvbetjenings området var lukket. Der var løs vandhane, sorte hår i sengen, næsten intet wifi og ustyrligt varmt om aftenen, selvom vi havde skruet helt ned. Ikke muligt at Chromecast på smart TV eller tilgå Netflix eller Alm. Kanaler.

Det er billigt og rent, men kan godt virke lidt utrygt, når man rejser alene kvinde, fordi der ingen personale er.

Enkelt og okay, men ikke noget luksus. Mangle nogle hylder og en stol. Kunne også være rart med et TV. Sengene er meget bløde. Rent og pænt, dog var et enkelt håndklæde beskidt. Super godt med ladestation og McDonalds samt indkodning til værelse.

Fint rum, virkelig rent og pænt. Dog måtte vi fjerne den øverste madras, da sengene var alt for bløde for os. Nem adgang og altid ledige P pladser 😁

Dårlig oplevelse. Vask i bad var så lille at det næsten ikke var muligt at vaske sig i ansigtet. Masse af vand løb ned over mit tøj. En vask skal være mindst 45 cm i dybden. Denne kun 24 cm, det holde ikke. Sæbedispenser skulle man vente på efter tryk, da næste tryk først var klar efter flere minutter. Rigtig dårligt da man jo bruger mere end et tryk ved bad. Endvidere ingen tv på værelset. Larm fra gangen, da ingen tæppe på, og så var der en sprække på en cm under døren hvilke gav ekstra larm og lys ind så det var svært at sove. Selvom det var et nyt hotel var standarder for hvordan man laver hoteller komfortabelt bestemt ikke opfyldt. En rigtig dårlig oplevelse og stor frustration. Jeg vil gerne have mine penge retur da det var ubemandet og man ikke kunne gøre noget.
