This stay was the second night of a two night stay. Each night was booked separately thus two reviews. This night I got what was promised; a two bedroom condo unit. It was very nice and had the promised ocean view. It was super well equipped. Bathrooms could use a refresh but they were still nice and functional. Everything else was excellent.

I booked this room last minute after I got a standby seat on a flight from San Juan to Beef Island BVI. I did not get the room I booked. I booked an oven view room with king bed. I got a queen bed with a view of a wall 10 feet out the window. The hotels excuse was that it was the last room? The room I got was nice but it was a bait and switch. This tactic seems increasingly common with rooms I book via third party sites.

I read some old and not very good reviews before I booked my stay. Holy cow the place must have had renovation because it's clean clean with very nice beds great cable tv (not that I watched it much) and wonderful view of the marina. The staff very helpful and around to answer any questions. Thanks Village Cay, I'll be back!

The property did NOT loooknlike there’s. The rooms were very old although clean. The pool was green and unusable. No elevator and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs outside. Surrounding area was a bit sketchy.
