We enjoyed our stay at Village Cay. We stayed two nights. One before a sailing trip and 1 after. It’s in a great spot close to marinas. The rooms are quite big and we had a king size bed both nights. The air conditioner worked well and the bar and restaurant were convenient with friendly service. I think if you’re staying in Road Town this is one of the best options. It’s not fancy but is comfortable and convenient. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Relaxing by the marina.

Broken laundry machine delayed check-in to 3:30 but staff was friendly as they explained the delay. Once inside the room, we found it clean, roomy, cool air conditioning with a nice view of the marina. Good restaurant below and 5-6 minutes walking distance to shops and other restaurants.

The room was not ready for 3:00 check in-was ready at 5. There were bugs in the bathroom and overall cleanliness was lacking. On line pics are very deceiving. Restaurant service was very slow. It took over 2 hours to have lunch at a very slow time-can’t imagine how long it would take if it was busy. Overall very disappointed and would not stay there again in the future.

Staff was very friendly. The waterfront view upgrade was wonderful. The restaurant had very good food and drinks, and served us late even though they were getting ready to close. Not your honeymoon hotel destination, but perfect for a one-night stopover on your way to the destination!

The property is tired. The bed was comfortable but on the soft side. Bed linens were fresh and clean but the room had chipped floor tiles and detail cleaning could be improved. The restaurant food was quite good. We had dinner and breakfast-both were good. Staff was lovely and attentive. Overall, good enough for an overnight layover but it is overpriced for what it offers.

Very friendly staff and overall clean property. Walking distance to other dining options and shopping. Time at restaurant to get meals was extremely slow but the staff was very friendly and courteous and continually checked in with us and informed us on why our meals was taking so long.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Service is horrible, rooms are in bad shape, no chairs by the pool, and first room didn’t have hot water. I can deal with the condition of the property and rooms, but the horrible service levels make it difficult to deal with. One couple ordered a drink and was told she doesn’t have time to make a drink for them… That’s the attitude here.
