Staff was amazing. Courteous and weng out of their way for us. Would lovd to see real dishes for continental breakfast. Plastic felt wasteful. Gym brand with soul cycle bike 🚵‍♂️ bit it wasnt registered yet. Overall clean and comfortable will book again.

This hotel was super clean. The staff were very helpful and very engaging. They were busy working, but still took time to speak in passing at the front desk and in the hallways. I really liked this hotel. I will definitely keep this hotel on my preferred list for future stays.

I was disappointed to have no airport pickup upon arrival. I was told the shuttle only runs certain days of the week. Then when asking for a 9:00 am shuttle discovered the last shuttle of the day on a Wednesday is 6:45am. I don’t think I’ll be returning. There are other low cost hotels nearby with airport shuttles.

Very nice hotel within easy reach of the airport and town of Roanoke. My room was huge for just one person but clean and cozy with everything I needed including a microwave and a fridge. I would definitely choose them again.
