Fresh Baked Cookies, who doesn't love that! Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel. Let's not forget the wide variety of breakfast. One of the nicer hotels in Roanoke.

Areas needed more cleaning: base of toilet, base of shower where sealant meets tile. Air conditioner struggled to maintain temperature. After 8 hours it had yet to reach the thermostat setting.

Easy Access Good stay!!!!

Good sleeping beds, but needs more rooms with handicap access, shower was very slick, fell getting out of it due to slippery shower floors. Liked the food at breakfast.

Bed comfort wonderful the room was a bit humid hard to adjust the temp to dry it out everything else great but the coffee despite saying dark roast was bland easy in off 81 convenient to grocery and gas station great value

A+ Quite impressed.

We stay in the hotel last year and it was nice then but since the hotel was newly renovated so it was even nicer. They removed the carpets in the rooms which made it look and feel cleaner. I never understood why hotels carpeted rooms in the first place. Carpets are just dust, dirt and germ magnets anyway. The hot and cold breakfast options were good too and the coffee was substantial not watery brown liquid as like in so many other economy hotels. Bravo! To hotel management. We’ll stay again when passing through. Thank you!
