The 2 ladies at the check in were not very friendly. I asked if the cookies had nuts in them because my daughter has a nut allergy. They were both very rude and unhelpful. I asked can you at least tell me the name of the cookie so I can look up the ingredients myself. They also only made our room key good for 1 night of our 2 night stay. We had to go back to the check in and get that fixed. The 2nd night we went to go to the pool and the lights were out. We were told at the front desk that someone had puked in the pool. The lobby smelled like weed. Won't be going back to this motel.

Property is conveniently located The property is clean and looks well maintained. Upon our arrival my wife requested a quiet room but the check in staff seemed indifferent to her request. The noise from other rooms was audible including someone running the water. If you require a quiet place to sleep there are better options out there.

Very nice property. Very helpful staff. Not any good restaurants at the exit but within 10 miles or so. Beds were very hard. This stay there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom and no hand soap. Overall was a good place to stay.

A great stay in Roanoke

Quick check in! The front desk was very helpful with checking in and helping to find great restaurants while here for our stay. Housekeeping was wonderful. This is my first time staying at Country Inn & Suites-I am very impressed. We had a great breakfast this morning onsite, all food was fresh, hot and ready for us. We had sausage, scramble eggs, and bagels with several great selections of juice or coffee. There is a heated pool and very clean onsite. Very impressed with this hotel and would stay again.
