Parking lot at the property was undergoing a resurfacing, which left folks scrambling for parking in a congested area. This made late-night parking difficult as folks were concerned where they could park safely.

Our weekend stay

Comfortable and clean, close to downtown and venues. Despite the paving of the parking lots and the confusion related to that, it was good. I wish there was designated outdoor seating areas

Not as it appears online, don’t trust high rating!

My wife and I booked this based on an almost 8/10 review online. Also, based on the price. We didn’t even stay the night. We checked in and went to the room. The hotel is in a sketch area, is more worn down than the photos depict, has no sound proofing (I.e. hearing every vehicle, siren, yelling, gunshots), the beds are terrible, the rooms have outside drafting, the bathroom ceiling is 7’, and it’s just in rough shape. In no way should this be its rating / price. We left before trying to sleep, unfortunately we paid in advance and didn’t offer a refund. For only a $25 increase in price, we chose to stay at the aVid hotel down the road, and it was a step into straight luxury. This hotel is not worth its cost and not worth its rating. Try something for $25-$40 more.

Love this hotel. I have had to stay there quite a bit the past couple months. My granddaughter has been in Carillion Hospital for kidney cancer an this hitel has made things really easy for my stays here. Their price is affordable an the hotel rooms are extremely nice. Staff is awesome. That will be the only hotel i stay at when i come here unless their sold out.
