My 88 year old mother left her expensive pillow 2 weeks prior , manager gave us same room upon request and we were able to find her pillow in the same room . Much appreciated !!😀👏👏👏😀

The front desk person looked age 12 and acted as such. She was the most unprofessional hotel desk clerk I have ever encountered. Slumped over her computer while we were checking in. Stopped checking us in to communicate with the loud facilities worker who walked up and abruptly interrupted to fuss about something. No name tags on anyone there!!! The hallways were filthy dirty. The outside entrance to the hotel was so dirty I had to turn around and make sure the sign said Hampton Inn! The landscaping was in bad shape and cigarette butts all over the breezeway entry. Cigarette post was filthy. Breakfast was okay but counters were filthy. People spilling waffle batter and it was smeared everywhere and no one there to clean it up. The other front desk people were unkept and dressed in graphic tees. No name tags. The room was satisfactory. Clean. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only thing to really say, was that my husband was asked for the paperwork on our service dog. Wanted to know what the service dog was for. I thought they can’t ask for paperwork. Other than this it’s a nice place to stay.
