Great for big families and furbabies.
Was traveling with 3 kids (2 of them are adults) and a small dog. Hotel room was very nice and spacious. I only wished it had a microwave.

There was a very large group of extremely noisy, drunk people in the lobby who were left unchecked. I would have walked out if we hadn’t already booked online. The hotel is older and not quite kept up as it should be. The bathroom is the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The room is a strange layout that isn’t very functional. I regret booking this hotel.

I asked for a lower level floor and they put us on the 6th floor, and it wasn’t the deluxe King suite that we reserved. I called them and had them switch us to the 1st floor & it was confirmed but when we arrived, I was told that the room wasn’t available??!! The next morning I called the front desk and a different person moved us to a 3rd floor deluxe King suite. She was awesome. Very nice and accommodating. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Also note that the bathroom/shower area is very small at this hotel but the free breakfast is pretty good.

Great Stay!
It was a quick overnight trip and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming. It’s located near a Macy’s, Wal-Mart and Target. There are also a number of restaurants nearby.

We were driving through and just needed a place to sleep. Checking in was quick and easy and the room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was decent. The stay turned out to be a nice experience for us. Thank you!

I checked in Thursday October 17th my aunts funeral Friday. Friday morning I woke up went down to lobby with my back pack to read since it was early didn’t want to wake my wife and son up. The front desk clerk turn tv off as requested but then ask me did I belong in the hotel and was I a guest. The cook that morning also was looking at me like I was someone off the streets. I had shorts and sweatshirt on I felt racial profile because they didn’t ask any other guest these questions who was down there. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Roanoke VA but never again

Great place to stay!
Pet friendly- however, one client called the front desk on my dog barking at them as they arrived. Maybe pet rooms should be separate from others who don’t have their pets with them. Love the hotel and staff; great place to stay with my little 4-legged friend. Thanks !!
