Great place with kids

The hotel staff quickly got us checked in & when the kids saw how spacious the room was, they got so excited!! There’s a pool & gym & the breakfast was wonderful! The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants & it’s an easy off & on the freeway for all the explaining we did.

I made a reservation there because of the pool and when I got there the pool was not available. No compensation no sorry from the staff no nothing just can't use it. Nothing mentioned on their website. Very disappointing. No AC in the elevator. It was 100° outside so inside the elevator was 100°

Property and room was clean. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly. Breakfast options very limited. When I tried to order from the restaurant they have they didn't have what i wanted to order food or drinks. (So i had to pay to have food delivered and pay delivery fees)The pool was unavailable- did offer for me to go to Gold's gym (but honestly thats not the same) Yet with these not available i still had to pay full price for room and never even offered a discount due to these inconveniences.
