Can not say enough about the staff. With the storms that were going on when we arrived, we learned that the hotels wyfy was out. This affected all the systems in the area. The staff worked around all this. They were still able to let us check in early (we were there for a wedding). They utilised “old school” paper charts and walkie talkies to get everyone in and settled. Later that night (midnight), some of our group found their hotel to not be what they thought. Our hotel immediately got them in and settled also. They were all absolutely on point. House keeping service and kitchen staff were fantastic. The hotel team could have let the lack of computers and their system make for a terrible weekend, but they definitely rose above! We could not thank them more.

It was in a good location for what we needed. A few places to eat in the vicinity. Only downside for me was that it was quite noisy, but no one can predict who is going to be staying somewhere on any given night. So it is just one of those things. It would not stop me from staying there again.

Great check in App and contactless room choice and room key. The breakfast was delicious and fresh as was the coffee! The dining staff were friendly, attentive and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and mattresses were just the right firmness! There are plenty of surrounding restaurants that are open late. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay!

Every staff member that we encountered from check-in to check-out was super friendly and eager to please. Plus it was an unexpected surprise to find chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. Most hotels discontinued them during and after COVID. We enjoyed our stay and no improvements are needed.
