Hotel staff all seemed to hace attitudes and be unpleasant except one individual in food lounge. But even the food lounge had dirty plates set out for people to use. Had to show proof that o pre-paid for the breakfast and was told initially i wasn't be trutful. No fresh linens were brought to the room or coffee and creamers.

The room assigned to us was HUGE. Big enough for 4 king size beds. Come to find out it was a special room for special needs guests. Very clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Room was large with two queen beds. Lighting in room was not well designed. Made it hard to read in bed. Bathroom lighting could have used a central light. And sticking with the bathroom: toilet paper holder was installed incorrectly and The paper would actually unwind by itself and onto the floor. Bathroom had a lack of towel holders. There was one short one hidden next to a picture. Finally no complimentary breakfast. $15.00/ person seems expensive in view of the nightly room cost.

Big group of loud folks with lots of kids running around yelling until around 2am. Pool water all though walk way and on elevators in big puddle. No regular cooffee in room or in lobby and desk lady shrugged when told her. So no sleep and no caffeine. Nice.

A new hotel with very nice amenities in the rooms. Safe parking. It’s on a property just off an exit with no other services, but restaurants are close by. The restaurant in the hotel serves freshly cooked meals at breakfast and dinner and they have a bar in the evenings, which is rare for a hotel in this price range. My main disappointment was that I left a prescription medicine in my room (dermatological) before continuing my trip the next day, and when I called to see if it had been recovered-and if I could pay to get it back-I was told there was no trace of it, and no way of knowing who had cleaned the room, which I have to assume was either a fib or laziness. I credit most of the pleasantness of my stay to the fact that it is a relatively new property. You will enjoy its comfort while its newness lasts, but its circumstances like lost items and some level of customer service intended to go the extra step of at least giving more than “yeah, you’re S.O.L on getting your items back” that separate a successful business from an unsuccessful one, eventually, and put it in a category of mediocre service that is pretty much the norm these days among hotels in this price range.
