Everything was great overall. I didn't like the fact that I had to go through so much just to be able to take my breakfast back to my room. If I paid for it I should be able to eat it in the comfort of my own room that I also purchased. The breakfast manager was strict about me eating my food in my room. I really did not like that. The other workers told me it was fine and she came back and denied it so that's why my experience didn't exceed my expectations

Let’s start with the check in, check in was cool got up stairs check my room the covers on the bed was dirty with spots on went in the bathroom to check the towels they was dirty as well red & black spots called down stairs to the front desk to tell them about the room and was told it was nothing they could do cause they was the only front desk person and no housekeeping was there but they offered new sheets and told I had to come get them. So my husband went and got them when he get down there it’s 2 blankets and 2 towels no rags nothing.. ( GOOD THING I ALWAYS PACKED MY OWN RAGS) Also Timothy told me a manager or supervisor we be in in the morning around 10 .. I called down stairs around 10 befor I left out for my uncle Funeral and was told no Manger was coming in until Monday, I forget the young lady name but she offered to switch my room..
