The hotel is newer and very nice. Our kids loved the pool area, and there parking lot is large and there's plenty of parking. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. So why the low rating. The room pictured on Expedia for the hotel show a whirl pool tub. I paid extra for this room for that reason. I get to the room, no whirlpool rub. Also no pack and play for the baby as requested, but we'll get to that. I go downstairs and tell the lady at the front desk. I basically get the what do you want me to do about it attitude. Sir, none of our rooms have those tubs. I show her the picture on THEIR website. She says when was the site last updated. Ma'am, it's YOUR website, how should I know when you listed updated it. Well IDK, but we don't have those tubs. I asked for a manager, and somehow, none was on duty. I asked to be contacted when one was available and a manager NEVER contacted me. The pack and play was requested in advance AND acknowledged by the hotel. Front desk lady, I don't think we have those. Yes you do, ask someone else. She does, yeah we have those let me go find one. Send one up, no mattress...um kind of useless without it. I go downstairs, sorry that was our last one. So one, you're not prepared as requested, two, your staff is uneducated as to your amenities, three, someone is properly checking the items in upon return, and four, proper notice is not provided to patrons prior to their stay.
