I was evacuating Hurricane Milton from The Tampa Florida area. I almost booked a different hotel on Expedia but backed out because of the cancelation policy, selected a less restrictive cancelation option and booked this stay. Driving from Tampa to North Carolina I had car issues and did not make it to the hotel. I called the hotel to cancel and was told to just cancel with Expedia. When the automated phone option for Expedia hung up on me, I used the chat to Cancel with Expedia. After 40 minutes they said the hotel had a very strict cancelation policy and was keeping my money. I used the pay at the hotel option. I hope they refund my money since I didn't stay there.

When i made my reservation i made requests that were not honored. I wanted a room away from ice machine and exit doors but was put across from ice machine and exit door hallway. The nouse was like a jackhammer with people going in and out all night. A TV guide in room would have been helpful. TV guide in TV did not work. Front desk unable to help me but thought ut woukd be a good idea. I'll never stay there again.

The first room they assigned to me had an awful smell of mildew so the front desk clerk moved me to another room. The 2nd room was better but the shower head was loose and kept falling down. Other than that, it was acceptable and the price was one of the least expensive around.

This property was NASTY! Room was filthy, smelled like pot. Lots of different nationalities in there lounging everywhere. Staff could not speak good english. Total shitshow! You guys need to probably take this place off your site. Total immigrant shelter!

Reasonable price considering location - room clean, bed good, shower pressure awesome BUT furniture worn out, bathroom door settled and hard to close with bottom of the door coming apart, cracks in wall and ceiling-so needs some major fixing. If you are dead tired from driving all day, it will do.
