This property is an older property compared to some of the newer resorts in the area. The age of this property shows in its condition. HOWEVER, I think this is a fun place to stay. It is vibrant, relaxing, and lively. The staff are friendly as well as the guests. The pool and bathrooms were clean and appeared safe. The beach area was clean and welcoming as well. The breakfast was decent and I am sure it was pleasing to meat lovers. I do not regret the stay especially with the total cost. If I had brought my children, I am sure they, too, would have enjoyed their stay. One thing I can recommend is adding a schedule of activities that adults and children can enjoy right on the property. I would like to see family game nights, adult games, karaoke, contests, and other interactive activities.

An amazing high-end resort. OTHER places feel like a hotel on or near the beach. Infinity Bay is a diamond right on the beach with all rooms overlooking the resort & a view to the ocean. There is nothing like it. Note, there is NO elevator to the individual rooms so seniors should request the ground floor. Every unit has a covered outdoor balcony with a great view plus table & chairs. For divers like us, better to get a higher floor so you can securely hang your towels, diving gear on the balcony to dry overnight. There is an optional meal/drink plan which is a good deal if you like to eat/drink a lot. There are many restaurants, bars & pubs on the beach on either side of the resort offering the same foods at very similar prices. All 1&2 bedroom units have a FULL kitchen, big refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave & dining area. There is a liquor store, grocery store just a 5 minute walk outside the resort on the left side of the road. There are many security guards at the resort, on the road & the beach so it is VERY SAFE & walk-able no car . Will definitely come again since there are dozens of diving & snorkelling sites both on shore & via a boat. You can rent all your diving gear from the onsite diving shop or bring your own. If snorkelling in the ocean via a boat then DEFINITELY wear a life jacket since the waves are 1-2 feet tall, which is much easier than swimming & treading water. Highly recommended for families with kids, couples & seniors.

Property is right on a stunning beach, traveled with family and we were very happy with our comfortable room and great resort. Clean room. Staff is good, most notable was, Roberto, he was great with our family and was always available to answer questions about the area and activities. Property allows you to bring in your own food/drinks, just make sure to shop at a local supermarket (which is closer to airport than resort). Water taxis are always available and affordable. Snorkel rental on beach was also a great plus.

I paid 1100 for 3 nights on a 2 bedroom. They charged me 40.00 extra per day for my 8 yo and never brought shhets for the sofa bed. There was only a small 2x2 bar soap and the token 2 ml bottle of shampoo for 3 adults and a child. Rooms were clean but not worth the money and they wanted to charge for all extras for my kid, having a small birthday gathering with 30.00 per for the kids just to be at the pool/beach with us even the we wete paying fir their food and drinks. The Verandas at Pristine bay has much better service aa well as the two hotels next to thos one. I would only recommend this hotel if the beach access is your priority and the pool is nice...other than than that stay somewhere else.

We love that it was right on the beach. We did not purchase the all inclusive packages. We had the breakfast that was included with the stay. Breakfast was good. The staff at the reception can be more welcoming. No smiles, no welcome, no friendliness. It’s was more like where’s your ID’s and business only. Not the best greeting. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. The restaurant/bar did not have good food at all. Also, very pricey for the mediocre food. We would come back just not ordering there.
