Our stay was great, the pool and beach are excellent and service was too. We chose to stay in a room with a kitchen as we like to cook our own meals while traveling. However I think for the price of the room the kitchen especially needs better cleaning to be at the level hotel the Kimpton stands for. The paper towels are the cheapest as well which is a bit shocking for again the price of the room. It just needs a better deep clean and daily upkeep

Staying at Kimpton was incredible . You are close to a beautiful beach which the property is on . There are many other restaurants that are walkable on the beach . Meals are about $15 average at this hotel .l

This hotel with the standard it gives should be in all inclusive hotel- when we were there there was renovation being done to cats restaurant and they opened up the bar as a restaurant but shut down very early. Food was limited. Be prepared to pay more for food than your stay. A lot of locals also go around the beach area which doesn’t seem private as we have wished and ruins the atmosphere around it.

Our stay at the Kimpton was absolutely amazing. The property is absolutely breathtaking and exceeded all expectations. Pictures does this property no justice. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Lea and Dominic were very helpful and accommodated all of our needs quickly. Karla at the front desk surprised me with a birthday token that was very much appreciated and enjoyed :) 10/10 recommend and we will definitely return.

We didn’t know what to expect coming here. We ate at every restaurant on the property, used the gym, took a couple of the tours, and rented paddle boards and snorkel gear. The staff here was very attentive and provided above and beyond service. The food was so delicious here, it was difficult to leave the property to eat elsewhere, even though we did a few times. Pro-tip: do not leave your rental gear unattended, it will get snagged by other guests. Apply sunblock very frequently, my bf rarely gets sunburned and he got burned. Special shout-out to Alejandro at the Vos Cafe, his service was exceptional and he remembered our morning coffee order every morning.
