We booked last minute as we missed our cruise. We stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped arrange transport from airport and also to cruise port. Food was good and the beach is beautiful. I actually wish we would have stayed here and not even went on to the cruise. Excellent resort!!

Right on the beach. About a 100 yards from a sheltered cove where there is great snorkeling. There are reefs off the beach that are also good for snorkeling. Would have been very helpful if the villa had a washer and dryer. The bathrooms really need ventilation fans. The floor in the basement bathroom was always damp.

I got the all inclusive package and New Year’s Eve they close everything at 2 o’clock to prepare for the New Year’s party and everybody from the all inclusive no alcohol or food was served unless you pay $159 for the party when requested a refund they asked me to give my bank account number which I’d rather lose the money than to give my bank account number to anybody. The hotel and the people are very nice, but the policies of the company are very shady and totally lack of transparency.

The staff was incredibly kind. I loved the property. We stayed in Villa 3. The villa really needs some updates. The toilet seat was stained which is kind of gross. I hope they update soon

I don’t know how you can co sunset this place as 4 stars. It was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in my life that I checked out after one night. Room was isolated at far end and looked like it was not in use for over a year. Air conditioner remote had batteries that ran out. The safe had no instructions and must been outdated that it was 25 yrs old. The TV remote was not working. I had difficulty relaying to staff on airport pick up next day. The gym equipment was rusty and looks like never used. Elevator leading to the gym was not working. Even breakfast was a flob. I asked for egg whites and the cook understood it. She served me and realized that the order was in correct. At this point, I had to leave to cut the nightmare I was in. I suggest you shut down and revamp the hotel if you really want to be honest about number of stars you deserve.

Location & Staff was what made this an unforgettable vacation...can't say enough on how friendly and accommodating the staff & service was.. From our arrival to the moment we left, there was not a moment to complain about . Whilst this resort is not as upscale or as large as many other big name chains in the Carribean, they make up for it in their attention to service. The beach can't be beat..you can swing , snorkel or even dive right from your location on the beach..great viewing of coral and sea life. A couple things I would recommend - is that they review the pricing at their restaurant, there are other places nearby that are cheaper...the other is that the water pressure from the shower is not the best..but neither of these would be a make or break for this place. The front desk staff are very attentive and want to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Javier is a standout, this guy was always there to greet us in the morning, and help us in any way..very friendly and always smiling. Nelson and Dawsen are another two standouts ..again, I can't express how friendly these people are .they would offer suggestions on where to explore , where some of the better deals are..etc. The food at the nearby restaurants are great, no issues..check out Hangover Hut..Best burgers! The best greeter and information guide here is of course Carlos..he takes of the security guards on the premises..uncanny knowledge of everything going on. Overall, love this place and it's people-would go back!

All perfect: the attention, the beauty of the hotel, all green areas, the beach no more than 100 meters of the room (maximum!). The room was a surprise! it seems like those expensive apartments you rent, but in the middle of this paradise...and actually a super good fee! Congratulations, hopefully will be back in a near future!
