The property was ok. The beds weren't comfortable, we had to keep asking for towels and the TV remote did not work. When we let the staff know about the remote and towels, they weren't helpful.

The room was Dusty the floor was needed sweeping but the manager gave us another room that was better so kudos for her I think her name was Angela thanks a lot Angelo for giving us a better room in that room was in good condition and clean thanks a lot Angela I hope that was the right person LOL

Pool and Jacuzzi were dirty we decided not to use, booking decision was based on these. and room bathroom was dirty, hair and dirt in tub, dirt, trash and what looked like rat dropping dehind door. Room floor felt sticky. Hotel 27 miles from I-40.

The Fitz

The hotel was great overall with the exception of a few things. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable overall. One thing would be the checking of driver license every time you enter back into the casino part. The staff was great and helpful. The second issue would be the loudness in the hall during the middle of the night. The doors would slam and you could hear people talking at all hours of the night which was nerve wracking. Also the buffet is not open for breakfast and there is only one option and that is Dunkin.

Front desk was nice. Girl checking ID at casino was friendly. Restaurant Fudruckers was bad. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Guard very unprofessional. Leaned his rear on table with condiments, plastic ware and napkins. I said excuse me I need too grap some napkins. He moved 2 inches and I had to reach behind him. Room was ok . I assume what. Do you get for $75. Also, they charged a $10 resort fee . Casio was very low end. Slots and machines only. We won’t be back.

Complain to desk about guest next door leaving tv on all night and the volume so high we could not sleep…. She just laughed about it! The door going out next to room 600 slammed so loud sounded like a gun shot… happened all day and night
