We liked that we got some very little comps after gambling Thousands of dollars 💰. We hope to receive something in the mail that will get us back to your Establishment in the near future. A nice room and meal after a 5 hour drive would be helpful in this day in times. We would love to come back?

Pros: Everyone was very polite and friendly. The beds were decent, mattress comfortable and sheets clean. (take a blanket). Bathrooms in the common areas were well maintained. Hallways were quiet. I never felt unsafe. Cons: The entire building reeks of cigarette smoke including the non smoking room. The thermostat in at least 2 rooms was set at 77 upon arrival, probably their way of flushing you out of your room to start gambling as soon as possible, (air conditioner worked great). Furniture in the rooms is falling apart, wallpaper stapled to the wall, outside of the toilet was nasty, Food is subpar and overpriced. Only one restaurant is open during the week and it is fast food style. I did not hear/ see one person hit big on a machine. Sam's Town is the perfect example, you get what you pay for. We did visit other Casinos and enjoyed our stay.

Needs some serious improvements!
It is sad how this hotel and casino has not been maintained! It needs a complete overhaul. Rooms outdated and heating and cooling system very noisy in our room. Will not be staying therexagain.

The view outside the window, no safe, no blankets. Only 2 thin sheets as cover. Bathroom was dirty, toilet was nasty. Air vent above the toilet was caked up with fuzz add dust. For a non-smoking floor, all we could smell was smoke all night. No light bulb in lamp. Trash behind nightstand. Room 7152.

We knew the property is older and might not be top of the line but some of the staff (not all) could use some lessons in hospitality. For the few guests that were there they could have been more helpful and friendly

We just arrived at 1045pm. I drove 4 hours in the rain and arrived to help get my mom out the car and unloaded, only to be locked out of the room. Had to call the front desk and someone came to help us get in. Took a few attempts to gain entry. Bed had stains all over, floor nasty, light blown, etc. Then the only room available is on the 8th floor at the end of the hall. Ive been driving since 6pm, it's now a quarter til one. This room sheets look better, fridge disgusting, only two towels, nothing else. Had to call and go downstairs to retrieve towels. Grab my coat off the chair and been itching since then. Visted the food court to grab my daughter some food at the last minute and decided to play while I waited. The quickest $100 bucks thrown away. I wish we didn't stay so far away, I would definitely drive back now.
