No elevator. Not many steps but a lot when you're hauling in all your stuff. The gentleman at the front desk helped us in with our stuff, which was very nice.

Refurbishment going on was noisy. Breakfast was disappointing. Muffins not good. Many items give before 9 and not replaced, including juice.

We had a change of travel plans which caused a misunderstanding with our reservation made through expedia upon check in. Clerk tried to help us then called for the manager. Manager was very calming and accomodating, as he helped us sort put the misunderstanding. We drove 8 hours and were totally exhausted. Manager allowed us to check in early, got us a room on tbe first floor, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We recommend if you are in the Austin, MN area to stay here. Book through the hotel directly, and save some $

We had an awesome corner room that was really spacious and quiet. The bed was amazing. There were many dinner places within a short distance. We ate at B & J’s and had a really good meal.
