Dirtiest room I've stayed in in years! Disgusting.

The hallway smelled like a pot (marijuana feast), our room smelt dingy and dirty, the walls and floor were filthy and the ceiling just as bad. The walls were paper thin so the partiers were loud, the elevators and halls were disgusting. The bathtub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long while. Just because we came with our well-behaved dog doesn't mean we should be placed in the most disgusting room.

The front staff only cared about what was on there phone…there was a believe a traveling young men hockey team the 5-5 days I stayed and they were were acting a fool running up And down the halls hitting doors and the front desk did not seem to care…I will never go back! The hot tub was out of order as well…the facility smelt musky and dirty

I had called prior to my visit and the front desk attendant said "I am on lunch, can you call back later." Once I arrived the same desk attendant had ear buds in and i had to yell to get his attention.

45 Minutes vs 10 min

I waited at the front desk for 45 mins before someone came to the desk after I called Wyndham, received the wrong number for the hotel front desk and then had to use Google to call someone to the front who then tried to convince me she was only gone for 10 min.

They said the hot tube would be working and never did. The hotel was so cold. Where the breakfast area was it was freezing and the hotel sat behind desk with their own space heaters to stay warm. The swimming pool changed the color of our swim suits.
