Very poor customer service, the employees there seemed like they either hated their jobs or disliked me for no reason. Did not even want to answer simple questions. Acted as if it was a bother that I asked.

Needs a definite facelift. Not welcoming. Very little breakfast options. Bed okay and bedroom clean. Bathroom appears tired and wearing out. Was clean, however. Stay was okay for a quick night heading home from vacation.

AC/Heating unit did not work properly, was very humid in the room, everything felt damp. Bathroom sink faucet leaked around the handles really bad when turned on, also the faucet spout was so close to the sink, you could barely get a toothbrush under it much less your hands. The toilet leaked a bit. And the last day we stayed, the only ice machine did not work. But it was a clean room otherwise.
