Great hotel, great location!
This is a clean hotel, right across from St Marys hospital w/a free shuttle to Gonda & Mayo Clinic. It relieves the stress of driving. The hotel has awesome continental breakfast, coffee, tea etc at all times. Suites are clean, with kitchenettes, including dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & coffee pot. Microwave popcorn etc in room. If there on weekdays, a light dinner is served. There is a very good restaurant right next door & hotel also has a small shop w/many food options. There are laundry facilites for those staying longer. There is also guest storage if needed. The underground, free parking is awesoome, safe, well lit, to be used by guests. I've stayed a few times now & it was very enjoyable with friendly staff as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There construction going on in the building in the middle of the night. Could hear saws and hammering. It was below our room and we were unable to sleep. Hotel apparently thinks this is acceptable practice. Will not be staying here again.

We had a great stay. The only negative was that the girl from house keeping tried to come in our room around 8am without knocking or identifying herself. It was kind of a long walk from elevator to our room. We did enjoy our stay and will be staying there again.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Must have been a Staybridge Suites at one point. Some updating done and well kept. Has a nice pool with basketball hoop and hot tub. Very good breakfast with friendly staff

Service was really good. Our room was really clean except our bathroom door could use wiped! We stay a lot for my son’s Mayo appointments and this is one of my new favorites! The underground parking is nice too!

My husband had surgery at St. Mary’s hospital across the street: I was able to bring him directly from the hospital by wheelchair back to our room to recover over night before a long drive home. The staff let us park underground earlier in the day onsite so we didn’t have to move our vehicle after check in. It was wonderful not to have to deal with the winter weather since it was snowing. They offer a complimentary breakfast and light evening meal. So grateful for a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. We highly recommend.

Very homey!
Quite pleased with the size of the room! The cleanliness was outstanding. Don't know if i have ever stayed in a room that was cleaner. The lobby is very inviting and warm. Nice to have complimentary breakfast as well as light dinner. I will definitely stay again.
