Property was clean and comfortable, there were no options for morning breakfast. The front desk staff seemed cold and uncaring. Book John online but still could not get a discount like most motels. Things seemed fixed in sterile. Won’t be back.

Excellent choice when staying in Rochester! Hotel is extremely clean, service was excellent, room was very large and had all the necessary amentities. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Rochester!

Only complaint was no where did it state this location was an "extended stay" and no room service requests would be honored by employees, as the desk clerk stated they were "hands off".
