This was a very convenient place to stay for Mayo Clinic visit. The free shuttle to the hospital was excellent! There was very little wait time and the drivers were all nice. Free parking at the hotel was close and also free. Our room was on the 7th floor. It was 82 degrees when we checked in. Had to run the loud air conditioner all the time. I use ear plugs so it didn't bother my sleep. Breakfast always had great fresh fruit and numerous other hot and cold items. Hot tub was a definite plus. We would stay here again.

Clean, nice but rooms need updated. Elevators make us a bit nervous but no issues. Restaurants is excellent. The bus runs constantly, which is super convenient! Everyone super friendly and flexible. Front desk people are very nice and informative.

We were very pleased with the room. While the building was older, our room met our every need. It was so easy to order from the restaurant and have it brought to our room. Easy to get to Mayo. Will stay again.

Reliable and convenient for Mayo clients.

I’ve stayed here tens of times. It’s convenient to Mayo if you want to walk the six blocks. If not, the courtesy shuttle makes the rounds about every ten minutes. So necessary in bad weather. The restaurant, Twigs, is always good. I had a 4 pm appointment, and they let me stay til 2 pm so I could nap for the long drive home. That in itself is worth staying for. Also just blocks from huge nice park for walking, or take a walk up Pill Hill to enjoy the fabulous old homes and gardens.
