Great stay!

A comfortable bed and a good breakfast as well. We appreciate that there is a free shuttle to Mayo, great restaurant next to the hotel and a noon checkout.

Great stay outside of downtown, yet still not too far from Mayo. Nice to be able to hop on the free shuttle. Breakfast buffet was good! Excellent restaurant/patio on site as well!

Excellent staff

Overall kid friendly, however no cribs available, which was a bummer. Pretty clean overall and having that extended room with the pullout sofa bed was very nice. My 18 month old got fussy and didn’t want to sleep one night, so I took her to the lobby so that I didn’t disturb other guests, and the front desk staff were so kind to make sure I was okay, comfortable, etc. overall a lovely stay with excellent staff

The front desk gal during check-in was excellent. She was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I stay here for my annual appointment at Mayo for many reasons, but really appreciate a friendly smile when I arrive.

We had a room on first floor and it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ample and filled us up. My one critique was no shower soap. I mentioned to the front desk and they said we were to use the bar sink soap for the shower as well. I explained that was a poor option. They said no option to obtain shower soap from their supplier… weird! I would suggest this hotel for anyone needed a clean place to stay wheel down in Rochester. They also offer a shuttle to Mayo!
