Problem with connecting to get someone to check us in. Arrived late and said to pick up phone to call for assistance but would ring busy. Took an half hour when someone came to the front desk. So we got a room about 1:00 a.m. needed a thicker blanket so we froze hard to sleep when too cold.

I was hesitant to book a property that was not a national chain, but it was clean and the staff was lovely. I will stay here on my future visits to Mayo. It was an exceptional value compared to other properties.

It is a decent hotel and I've stayed there a few times. I only saw one employee and she seemed to be able to do it all. Our room didn't get cleaned while we were there but that's okay.

Unbelievable price for a awesome stay!
This hotel is very basic but very clean. A little construction going on but, not a problem. The check in was great, very personable! The room was a good size, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very limited but available. Waffles, bagels, bananas, granola bars, coffee and juice. Price was incredible!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, and bright, and exuded a friendly atmosphere. Hotel and Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel is going through a remodeling. So far its looks very nice and modern. Only issue was that in the morning you can hear the pipes of the shower running from upstairs.
