Pool was still closed down. No coffee makers in the room. No hand towels in the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. No comforter on the bed. No Staff around. This place should not be under the name of Country Inn & Suites. We have always stayed at them & now I will never stay at one. It is a Hole in the wall to say the least. Giving the company a bad name!!!

Pool has been closed since june 25 (its now August and our kiddo was very disappointed), toilet ran all night, beds are old and saggy. Ive stayed at country in and suites before and had higher expectations. Won't stay at again.

Hotel in desperate need of new flooring throughout halls, rooms, lobby, stairs. The room has a detector on the ceiling with a bright green LED light that illuminates the room. I brought a sleep mask or this would have made it very hard to sleep. At check in, the desk attendant had me repeat all of my personal information including address and phone number despite asking for my ID and credit card. It was very strange with the desk being so close to the lobby sitting area where other guests were present. Overall stay was ok. Likely would choose another hotel close by for same price.

Clean and quiet

Clean and quite room. Great breakfast. They even opened the breakfast 45 minutes early for us since we had to leave at 5:30 am.

Enjoyed this location even though the pool and hot tub werent working at the time. I would probably stay again. Wasnt looking for anything fancy or expensive. It was reasonable pricing. Super clean to our standards. And safe for our 1 year old.

As soon as you walk in the lobby, you could tell you made a mistake making a reservation here. The photos are not accurate. Everything was dirty, and had an odor. Nowhere was it indicated that the pool was also closed. Not only was it closed, but it was posted that it was closed due to Health hazard. This should’ve absolutely been disclosed in the reservation, or at a minimum during check-in. Absolutely unacceptable.

As far as the bed and sleep, was comfy and sleep was good. The hotel and room needs remodeling badly. Staff was friendly. Pool and whirlpool were down for repair.

First they gave us the key to someone else's room. The beds were hard as a rock. You only get two towels in a double queen room that sleeps four. When I asked for extra towels the front desk gave me a hard time to get the towels. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Upon arrival, we noticed limited lighting in the lobby area. We have stayed at CIS for years and this was not like any place we have ever stayed. The staff wouldn’t look at us and that was weird. Got to our room, checked the bed for bugs and found dirty sheets, cigarette burns on a pillowcase and sheets that didn’t even fit the bed. The lampshade was stained, the carpet was dirty and the entire room smelled foul. We immediately left and found another hotel.

We were very frustrated to arrive and find out that the pool was closed for reservations. And since I booked online I couldn’t get out of the booking. There were very few choices in the vending machine. The ac unit didn’t work properly. Kept shutting off. The bathroom had a bug and black hair on the floor. The vent to the room was very dusty and to top it all of are lock on the door was broken and I feel like all someone would have to do to get in the room is throw their hip into it. But we were exhausted and had no other options. I would appreciate a refund even if its just points. Thanks

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far from what was advertised. From the moment I arrived, the staff felt unfriendly and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns I brought up were met with short, dismissive answers, and I never felt genuinely welcomed. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because their website clearly listed a pool as one of the amenities. After checking in, I discovered there was no pool at all— closed for maintenance. That felt misleading and frustrating. The breakfast was also a big letdown. The items that were out did not seem fresh at all; some pastries were stale, and the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for days. It definitely wasn’t the “fresh breakfast” they claimed online. Overall, between the poor customer service, misleading amenities, and subpar breakfast, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other options nearby that actually deliver on what they promise.

I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a pool. My daughter was having surgery the next day & wouldn't be able to swim for up to 6 weeks. I wanted her to be able to enjoy a pool right before surgery. Does a pool really count when there's not water in it??? And when I complained, the front desk had nothing to say. Extremely disappointing and sad. And the eggs on the breakfast buffet looked disgusting.
