Horrible service!
We made a reservation and even called day of to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue with arriving late. They told us there would be no problem. But when we arrived no one was at the front desk. Used the after hour phone, no answer and called from an outside line, no answer. Took 20 minutes to confirm the hotel we could leave as no one was there to let us in & another 40 minutes to get our reservation cancelled with hotels.com. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Towels were a little rough and scratchy. The pool was pretty cool, so I would say somewhat heated. Hot tub was good.

This appears to be a nuce hotel from the outside and the pictures, but it is very out dated. The tv is small, bo plug in for phones. We could not have breakfast and ao did many other people because the front desk staff stated they could not make anymore. Will bot be staying there. Holiday in south in rochester is much better.
